Chrislyn is very patient an fast in responding to our queries. She completed the renovation on time. Helpful and fast in finding alternative solutions when we are not satisfied with something.

We exceptionally love the kitchen design and storage spaces. Was done better than expected. The kitchen is something everyone wow each time they see. I personally love the storage spaces allocated based on our needs.

Bought a resale unit and on the day of key collection, Javier requested for earlier collection so he can start work early. His workers were already there before us! Super efficient. Everything was ahead of schedule despite covid manpower shortage!

Only setback was due to his carpenter being overwhelmed hence slight delay to carpentry but it's unavoidable as many supplies can't come in from Malaysia. I would know as I ordered some items from Malaysia for the reno and got Javier to fix for us! At the last phase, although some works were delayed, Javier had been chasing the contractors for us and updating us status every now and then. Very responsible! Our house turned out exactly how we expected and we had a lovely experience with Massing! Javier also kept within our budget and helped us fix our taobao/ikea items which lowered our costs! From the initial meet up my wife and I could tell we’d be in safe hands. They were meticulous when in came to the planning and flexible when it came to do costing.
